Elliott Stark is from Buda, Texas, a suburb of Austin. He attended the University of Miami. Elliott is currently earning a Master’s degree in Marine Affairs and Policy from the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at the University of Miami and applying to law school for admission in fall of 2007. Elliott is a practicing Roman Catholic who enjoys fishing, hunting, and outdoor activities. Professionally Elliott would like to operate a consultation firm for marine and coastal development and policy.
